1 Introduction and General Terms

3.2 Updating Your Information

3.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time through customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned subject to the applicable conditions being met.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

bd jaya9 currently handles deposits and payouts through the mobile wallet methods widely used in Bangladesh. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

bd jaya9 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw from this bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount — that is, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagering.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

You cannot withdraw directly from a bonus until the wagering requirements have been met.
The same bonus may be claimed only once per account.
Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
bd jaya9 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If abuse of bonus benefits is proven, the bonus concerned and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

bd jaya9 offers slots, casino, live casino, sports betting and various other gaming options. The individual rules of each game are set by the third-party game provider and can be found within the game interface.

6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Technical Issues

8.1 Weekly Cashback Terms

Cashback is paid based on net weekly losses. For example, a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. Cashback rates by tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, Platinum up to 1.0%.

8.2 Changes to VIP Status

bd jaya9 reserves the right to review and, where necessary, change a user's VIP status at any time. VIP benefits may be cancelled if a breach of these Terms is proven.

Abuse of bonuses.
Registration with false or incomplete information.
A direction from a legal authority or a court order.

In the event of account termination, bd jaya9 will decide whether to return any valid balance based on the outcome of its investigation. bd jaya9 reserves the right to cancel any funds earned from bonuses.
